1 (8 oz) box frozen lime marinated shrimp
1 tablespoon chipotle-garlic seasoning
1 Haas avocado
1 cup salsa verde
1 small red onion
1 lime, for wedges
¼ cup queso fresco (or feta) cheese
¼ bunch fresh cilantro
4 small flour tortillas (or taco shells)
Prepare shrimp following package stovetop instructions; stir in seasoning.
Halve avocado, remove pit and flesh, and chop flesh; combine avocado and salsa. Slice onion thinly, cut lime into wedges, crumble cheese, and remove cilantro leaves from stems.
Divide shrimp evenly among tortillas. Top with avocado mixture, onions, cilantro, and cheese. Serve with lime wedges.
