The Bonita Springs / Fort Myers Beach Chapter arranged a well attended Seafood Savvy Symposium with Barton Seaver, the renowned author of “Cod and Country,”at Edison College on Sunday morning, October 14th. Barton has traveled all over the world with the National Geographic Foundation in search of ways we can all live a more sustainable lifestyle and the audience was clearly impressed with his breadth of knowledge on the subject and his recommendations for more positive seafood choices.
